As far back as I can remember, I have had an interest in all things to do with the paranormal, supernatural and mystical. In my first year of High School, we were tasked with putting together a presentation on a topic of choice that we were to stand up and talk about in class. I chose to research and talk about ghosts! I was always reading paranormal fiction and dipping into all sorts of interesting books my mother had on the shelves of her extensive library (to this day, she is an avid reader and her flat is crammed with bookshelves). Early in my childhood, I had a visitation from my deceased maternal grandmother plus a couple of visits from the figure known today as 'Hat Man'. I suppose on some subconscious level, these mystical experiences were forming the foundation for what would, later on in life, become a burning quest for 'answers' to all life's big questions.

A fiery curiosity developed in my teenage years and burns to this day. It began with reading philosophical and religious texts then segued into teaching myself how to read the Tarot and IChing, along with studying Astrology to the extent where I was able to make all the calculations and chart analysis by myself, without the aid of any software, because that didn't exist back then. Magic became another interest, and so the seeds of the career path I would begin to journey on some years later were sown.

After an impressive UFO sighting in my early 20's and a friendship I developed with a very well read person who was familiar with all sorts of subjects I was not, until we met, the scope of my reading material broadened. Soon, I was devouring books to do with 'conspiracy theories' and topics such as astral travel, NDE's, reincarnation and so on, but my main focus was the UFO and 'alien' subject. With over 200 books on that topic alone on my bookshelves and many hours spent researching the phenomena online, it is an area I consider a passion of mine. In the last few years, I have been investigating Simulation Theory and other metaphysical topics too mumerous to mention here. In my spare time, I am slowly working to organize my 30 years of research into a book series - watch this space!

Where work was concerned, I was pretty lost in my 20's. I had no clear idea of what I wanted to do and flitted from meaningless job to meaningless job, none of which lasted long. It wasn't until around 2006 that my calling became clear: I was going to be a Tarot reader! I set up a shop on eBay, eventually adding spellcasting services. By the time they booted all Tarot readers off there some years later, I had accumulated over 4,000 positive feedback scores and left on a high note, having been one of the top performing people in my field, out of the thousands of others on there. I moved to Etsy after the eBay clampdown on selling mystical services,(where I still operate a shop under my other business name), then around  2013 I set up www.tarotmagick.co.uk
