Everything you need to know about cancelling an order, and Conjure Grove's refund policy.

Cancellations

It's ok to change your mind, but I require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an order and get refunded. Your refund will be processed promptly, minus the fee the payment provider takes off me each time a sale is made (this never gets refunded to the seller, so the seller takes a loss if this amount is not collected back). Cancellation requsts that come in after this time will be processed, minus a 50% fee for late/no notice. 

Other Refunds

Requests for refunds have been incredibly rare over the course of my many years online, but they do occasionally happen. If you are seeking a refund because you feel something did not work, this is not a valid reason and will not be granted. Spell/ritual preparation takes my time and energy, as well as involving using various ingredients, some of them rather expensive. If you have a complaint about anything, please be human and reach out to me first to discuss the problem. Thank you!

Chargeback warning

This is another rare phenomena, but it has happened on occasion. It's an unsavoury topic to discuss, but it would be remiss of me as a business owner not to. I retain phtographic proof of casting/undertaking the ritual, along with proof of email correspondance confirming the service has been completed. Attempts to get a chargeback are therefore pointless, as I can prove the service was done and confirmed with the buyer. Likewise, resorting to lies ('I did not authorise this payment') are also doomed to failure as I can always access emails recieved from/sent to the buyer, proving otherwise. False chargebacks constitute fraud, which is a crime. Think twice before potentially getting yourself into trouble.

Missing items

Some of the things I sell involve mailing things out in the post. If your item has not turned up, contact me before going any further and I can look into it. Sometimes there are delays with the postal service or an item may have been delivered to the wrong address, for example. In the unlikely event your package has gone totally AWOL, I can send a replacement or refund you.
