Ordering Process
Everything you need to know about how to order your chosen magical service. Be sure to check the header area & look for the membership icon. Joining is free, and makes it easy to access your order history. Subscribe below for great deals - I'm a lazy writer so don't worry about being spammed week in, week out!
Check the FAQ's
Prior to placing an order, it is common to have questions about things. Please take some time to look in the main menu (header) area. Here you will find the general FAQ tab, and then within the drop down menu for each of the magical and mystical services I offer, you will find a page right at the top of the dropdown menu list that contains a series of Q+A's for each specific service. Be sure you read through things thoroughly. If you can't find an answer (perhaps you have a unique question), please use the contact form and I'll respond asap.
Browse & Select
In the main menu area you will see I have divided my range of services across various menus. Within each section is a drop down menu of subcategories for each type of magical/mystical service. These have been very well organized and thoughtfully named to facilitate ease of making a choice. However, I understand that some of you might feel overwhelmed or confused about what magical service might be best. If you have a short question, contact me with a brief overview of the probem you want help for. For a longer discussion, please order a consultation. The consultation service option has been added to all categories so it's easy to spot.
Add Items to Cart
Top right of your screen you will see a shopping cart item - this is the 'cart' or 'basket'. Any item you add will appear here. From this area you can delete things you have added or increase the number of anything in the cart.
Checkout
When you have finished shopping, go to the cart and select your chosen payment method. Paypal and Stripe are the 2 gateways enabled. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use that gateway. If you would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer or some other method like Western Union, that's fine. Take a screenshot of your cart contents and send that over to me. You will require my email address and other information so please contact me for those details.
If you have any trouble paying, the most likely reason is your card or bank is declining the payment for whatever reason, so you will need to take it up with them. If you think it is a website issue, this would be unusual, but I'd appreciate you letting me know! Thanks.
Confirmation
Confirmation of your order should automatically get emailed to you from my website. You may also get a receipt from your payment provider. Either of these things counts as confirmation of your order. I do not personally acknowledge receipt of orders.
Send your details
Each item page either tells you there and then what details I require of you, or it links you to a page that does. Please email this info to me (you should see my email address on the order confirmation and/or payment receipt). You can also use the contact form to send me the details.Please be promt about sending over the required information to avoid delays in booking you in.
Booking you in
I will personally contact you within 48 hours of you placing an order, but bear in mind I never work Saturday or Sunday. Remember to check spam when looking out for my message. Typically I will book a service in to take place within a couple of days of your order being placed. Over holiday periods and time off, the wait time will be delayed. I will place a notice on the homepage if this is the case.
Posted items
I offer some magical and mystical products that are handmade to order and mailed out. Generally speaking, from the time you place an order to the time you receive your package will be a maximum of 7 days if you reside in the UK. For all countries outside of the UK, please allow additional time. Even though I always use Airmail, it might be more like a 2 week turnaround.
Downloads
Some of my magical services are in the form of instant downloads. It will either be an Adobe PDF or Word document that you will access, as most of us are used to these file types. If you have trouble opening the file, please use Google to determine something suitable to open them. In the unlikely event that you cannot access the file, contact me and I will send it out manually before I investigate the problem.
